As soon as I could walk my parents put me on skis. Growing up on the beach in Point Lookout, New York, I spent most of my life making weekend trips with my family to Stratton Mountain, Vermont. At age eight I started competing in mogul competitions and was instantly hooked!
I became more serious and competitive in freestyle throughout high school. It was then that I made the switch from weekend warrior to winter term student at Stratton Mountain School. Upon graduation from Lawrence Woodmere Academy in New York, I went on to attend Northeastern University. For my first two years of college, I split my time between Boston and Steamboat, Colorado. Taking the winters off of school, I skied for the Steamboat Springs Winter Sports Club. In December 2010 I achieved one of my major goals and earned a spot on the U.S. Mogul Team.
I am now a full time athlete, living in Park City, Utah and competing on the World Cup mogul tour. I love being able to travel and ski all over the world. I continue to work on my degree in Physical Therapy when I can, and value my time on the east coast. My current goals are to keep climbing the international ranks!
